Jesus was a rebel with a divine cause and committed to breaking the boundaries and barriers between people and creating authentic community and relationships so people could enjoy the friendship of one another.
After church every Sunday we gather for coffee and conversation. Bring your own travel mug and fill up on our Fair Trade Coffee or for a few dollars you can buy your own Living Spirit Travel mug.
We love to eat and spend joyful time together so once every couple of months often on the last Sunday of the month our congregation finds an excuse to eat together.
This year on Saturday March 22 from 1-4:00 pm we are celebrating the centenary birthday of one of our beloved seniors with an open house and program at 2:00.
Enrich Canada is a computer program that our ministers utilize to help couples assess their relationship. It comes with a workbook to help enrich and strengthen your relationship. Contact our ministers if you would like to utilize this program. Online cost for this is $40-45 plus $150 for facilitation of the program.

OSCARS VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION LUNCH AND AWARDS
Every year on the first Sunday in June after worship, our staff prepares a wonderful lunch and award presentation to honour our over 100 volunteers in our congregation and give thanks.
This year we will be working towards our goal of raising $40,000 for our church operating costs. We will be having lots of fun together in the process and organizing a Songs and Sweets afternoon highlighting the musical talent of our congregation on March 22nd at 2:00 pm, a Garage Sale in April, a Spring Fair in May, a Family Dance and Silent Auction in the fall, and in November a Christmas Fair. If you are willing to help organize or assist in any of these fun projects let us know.
There are various home groups happening in the church that you can plug into that meet once a month for friendship and service. Please see one of our ministers if you would like to get connected to one of our home groups.
MOVIE NIGHT GROUP
This group meets on the fourth Wednesday from 6:30-9:30 to discuss a movie of their choice.
ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION SUPPORT GROUP
